「The penthouse suite was very clean and modern, location was great, dea views were great ,I would highly recommend this place ,and will come back again」

「The property was clean and spacious, in a quiet area yet just around the corner from local shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. You could walk to the Italian gardens and seafront easily within 10 minutes, and also accross the blue bridge into town in a similar time. The parking was great, with the scratch card 2 day parking cards very easy to do.」

「We have been booking this property for the last five year's, it's in a great location.」

「Host had thought of everything. Even the knives were sharp. We were tricked by the position of the entrance. It might be helpful to let guests know it’s in the driveway.」

「The perfectly little hidden gem. I stopped here as a base point to complete the three peaks, which was a perfect 10minute drive away. I was informed by email how to locate the property, where to park and how to get there, along with recommended dining locations which was very helpful and appreciated. When I arrived, I was greeted to a bottle of wine, some cookies and complementary wood for the log burner. The little cottage had everything that I needed plus more! The bed was extremely...

「Stayed here twice now and can’t fault anything. Has to be one of the best places to stay in Scarborough. The location is perfect with the benefit of free parking. The apartment has everything you need and is of a very high standard. Communication from the hosts is excellent.」

「Property clean on arrival.Good location and excellent having a parking space as roads were busy .Pretty town and stunning beaches ..just lots of hills」

「The hall and stairwell - on your approach to the apartment smells awful - this really needs addressing. We couldn’t identify the smell, but it really hits you when you walk in.The flat is in a great location, just off Cold Bath Road, which has numerous restaurants and pubs, and is a very easy walk into Harrogate. Parking is a challenge! We were able to find a space eventually, but it’s a bit hit and miss at times. The apartment was clean, but very tired looking, it needs some TLC. It was well...

「This was the most perfectly positioned courtyard dwelling in the centre of Grassington. It was well equipped and rooms were very comfortable. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the courtyard but Andrew was easily reachable by phone and guided us swiftly there. We then thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quintessentially English village and devoured the surrounding hikes.」

「Easy check in at the bar, our room was small but fine for us, the only thing lacking is a mini fridge. The hosts and locals are great, friendly and down to earth people. The food is excellent and they serve well kept beers at a reasonable price. I would definately reccomend this place and we will stay again. 👍🇬🇧 」

「Carpets where not secure on door entrances and stairs, Scum line in bath, place needed a good hover, kitchen sink, the tap fell over when we first turned it on. The master bedroom had sand in the bed, the upstairs attic room had stains on the sheets.」
