"Ok so I arrived by road bike with Cheese ! Derrek was very friendly and stowed my bike and put my cheese in the fridge ! I arrived late as had been to football in Leeds..Derrick told me the bar was open till 2am !!! The hotel is 150 years of amazingness. Great location downhill to the town including parade park and RHS Harlow Carew garden.Turkish baths were awesome , great Tapas .Hotel breakfast excelkent.£180 for 3 nights Room and breakfast. "We came to celebrate our Diamond Wedding Anniversary here having stayed in 1965 as newlyweds. The hotel has been completely updated and our room( no.3) was luxurious. The comfortable bed was more than 6' wide and the bathroom huge with walk-in shower plus roll top bath We took our toy poodle with us who was welcomed by all the staff. The food was fantastic and very plentiful. The dog could stay with us for every meal if we desired. All in all a fantastic stay. All the staff from the Manager...
