“The cost was too high for this place. The master bed broken in the middle and not comfortable. The pillows also are very mediocre. The wood needs replaced or sanded and painted on the porches and table out back we had kids getting splinters. For the price of the linens it would have been nice to have enough towels so don’t get the linen package bring your own. There were no towels for the pool. All the outside furniture needs cleaned badly. Basement very damp and musty. Pool cues for pool table……

“We traveled to the house with 4 families for New Year's. The home has plenty of room with beds/bedrooms to accomodate a large group and was as described. I am simply providing the facts of our experience for a 2 night stay. Our issue was with the amenities. We were informed the house was checked prior to our arrival; however, many things were not functioning properly which made the trip a huge inconvenience. There are 3 ovens in the kitchen and all 3 did not heat properly and had a gas odor……

“We found this villa completely by chance and honestly could not believe our luck. We rented it for New Year’s Eve, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We stayed with a group of four families - nine adults and several kids (ages five and up). Despite the size of our group, the house never felt crowded. The villa is truly huge and offers a sense of space that you rarely find in many Pocono homes. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house felt cozy and thoughtfully……

“This house is very nice, lots of room and things to keep everyone busy with the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, fire pit, bikes…It was exceptionally clean and was so nice to have linens, start up paper products, some toiletries. Checking in and out was easy and we were even able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise! The only negative with the house was that 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs would not get cool even though the A/C was coming out of the vents. There were floor fans in……

“first I want to start saying that the house is not secluded like the title says, there are a lot of neighbors near the house and they even complaint about my group saying we were loud and recorded us.. so where’s the privacy?.. I also want to say that when I first rented the property it didn’t have restriction on noise in the description, he added a lot of rules to the description after I couldn’t cancel it anymore.. the pool in the house is very deep (I didn’t see that in the description) so……
