「We enjoyed our time at the Embassy Suites in Saint Augustine! The room needs a bit of a refresher, but the overall stay was excellent. All employees were very helpful and friendly.」

「The property is nice. The spa was fantastic. We did a couples massage for our 25th anniversary. It was sublime. Mamosas and chocolate covered strawberries included. Time are well maintained and staff was helpful with any issues we ran into. There were some renovations going on while we we're there which took away from the ambience. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the property amenities.」

「Overall, we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. However, the facilities and rooms are in need of updates and renovations, as they feel outdated. The quality of the food at some of the restaurants was disappointing. In addition, there were no evening or nighttime activities for teenagers, which left them with very few entertainment options after dark. We will definitely return.」
