「Checking in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very nice. I was asked to pay $30 at check in. Was told it was for incidentals and that Expedia would credit that back to me, along with a receipt of refund and of the hotel stay. Please refund the incidental fee to my card on file and send me a receipt for stay and refund. Thank you!!」
