「For a 9.4 exceptional rating and for the price I paid for the "suite" ($450+), I was expecting a better experience. Bad first impression to see an unkempt, overflowing trash can right in front of the front door. I mentioned it to receptionist and she said I was welcome to throw away my trash inside. Kind of snarky and not very friendly. The guy that was working later (early evening) was much more pleasant. The room and facilities were good. I used the fitness area and it was decent. Breakfast...

「Staff was probably the FRIENDLIEST I have ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Super nice and down to earth. They made feel like I was part of their family or something, it was touching. Property is super great too! Really cute and lots of newly remodeled stuff. Definitely plan to come back when I need a place in Jackson!」

「You get what you pay for. Worth what I paid around 160 a night no more. Tv sucks ac sucks, front desk people no where to be found at times, no answer on phone. Runs on a skeleton crew. House cleaning awning excellent, no bed bugs, pretty clean. Parking lot would benefit from a front gate with a passcode or room key system to secure it, its strange that they close one gate and there is no gate on the other side. I would not stay here again based on the poor ac and inability to open the sliding...
