“They didn’t have a room for me, I had to pay extra money for a new room because mine was “double booked” My new room didn’t have a TV, the shower didn’t work it leaked everywhere and had zero pressure. I hate to complain but this was insane, the staff was rude - made me pay extra because my room was “double booked” what should have taken 10 minutes took over 4 hours… The original lady told me I needed to come back when management arrived, so I went to dinner did my show I was booked to do and……

“We get there and its appearance was undesirable. Trash littering parking lot, check in wasn't fast at all. We get to the room and it looked like a Crack House. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like fingerprint powder smeared all over the walls, paint chipped off all over, mold growing above shower, there were paint drippings all over the walls, the carpet, and on the curtains. Getting towels or toilet paper was a hassle. It was definitely not worth $100 a night we paid. Clearly poorly managed.……

“The 2 rooms we tried were disgusting. The first room had hair and a used bandaid in the sheets of the bed. The second room smelled like a wet dog, had a filthy bathroom and a moldy rag beside the toilet. Be aware that a $60 CASH deposit is REQUIRED and you do not receive it back until they go check your room to make sure you didn’t steal any towels. Overall rough experience and I would not recommend”

“Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.”

“Upon arrival I waited in the lobby ringing a bell for 15 minutes then finally had to call to get someone to check me in. There was a male guest in the lobby, at the end of my check in Jessica the front desk person loudly said my room number out loud. Last I checked isn't it against policy to say a guests room number out loud? I know it was when I worked for a hotel chain. But not only did she do it once she did it twice in front of other guests in the lobby. I was staying with my daughter and 3……
