「We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. 「The view was lovely, as well as the beach, restaurant, outdoor bar. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room clean and tastefully decorated. There was no elevator to the second floor which was a challenge for us seniors. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient, but the front desk people need some coaching in friendliness and communication. We felt as though we were "out of towners" , or perhaps the seeming indifference was due to us being seniors? Hope not. A smile and...

「Cigarette receptacle, therefore cigarette smell at the entrance to the property. Dirty towel left hanging in our room, vanity/sink was dirty and carpet was stained and dirty. Room was in need of an upgrade.」

「The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily...
