I did not receive the check-in codes 48 hours in advance as promised. I did not have internet standing at the door and that was the only way to be able to access the apartment. I went to a local restaurant to get Wi-Fi and communicated same to the owner by phone and he referred me to another phone number where no one ever answered. I requested a refund……
