「Based on reviews we read prior to staying here, we were excited about staying here! We originally were taken to room with a broken air conditioner, broken fan, had not been dusted recently, & was stifling hot due to it being on the 2nd floor after a hot day. We returned to the front desk and they gave us another room on the opposite side where the heat was just as oppressive but they said had a new air conditioner. 「Came to Aspen for Ruggerfest 2025, this provided a great home base for the weekend. Clean and quiet and only a 10 minute walk from both fields. Ideal location for people coming to town for future ruggerfests.」

The room was outdated, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was a little moldy the shared balcony screen door was broke and would not shut and the floor at the balcony door was rotten. The sofa bed so so horribly uncomfortable, it’s not a mattress. Other than the room the property was great. Will probably stay again just not in the room we were in.」
