「Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay」

「Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious and included a cooked breakfast item from the menu as well as the buffet style yogurt, pastries, toast, fruit etc. The homemade compote was absolutely...

「Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.」

「The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Allocated a room with a four poster bed, as I'm a little claustrophobic we asked to change room at reception, no problem at all. Overlooking the river with balcony we would definitely stay again in this room. It is a little tired but clean and comfortable.」
