Splendid half-timbered house in the main street. In Western Europe, houses like this were the "villas" of the rich in the Middle Ages. Typical is the "jettying" of the upper floors. Located mid way between Arromanches and Asnelles over looking Gold beach. A short walk to either. Good routes for cycling, as we did, but there are a couple of decent hills either direction.
