"This property is absolutely beautiful. It is just as I remember it 35 years ago. The museum was fascinating, showing what a wonderful restoration was done while strengthening the building. I am so glad I returned."

"The location to Fuji Q Highland is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to an entrance exclusive to hotel guest. Early entrance to park is another perk. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay. Buffet was very good. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. When we were out exploring and couldn’t get an uber to pick us up, we called the hotel and they sent a taxi to come pick us up. Just exceptional service!"

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, it was overpriced for what it offered. The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family.
