「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「Het hotel is dicht bij centrum van Astana ( van Bayterek ) dus de locatie is heel goed. Dicht bij het Astana International Airport. Ze kunnen voor jou een vervoer regelen. Ze spreken helaas geen Engels maar met een electronische translator gaat het wel. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) 」
