"I love staying here as the staff are amazing & usually it’s very peaceful. Unfortunately, this visit there was a funeral ceremony for about 5 days. Sorry for the family of the deceased but the prayers & chants through a speaker & right next to the property from early morning until 10:30pm made it impossible to relax fully. It is usually paradise to stay here but through no fault of the property, I won’t book here again. "

"This place far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were pretty decent. The pool was nice, and the food in the restaurant was above average, realistically for the cost it was well worth it. We enjoyed our brief stay, and the staff were very pleasant.
Thank you"

"We really loved our stay at D’Puncak villas. Made and his family were super friendly and especially really sweet to our babygirl!
The rooms, garden and pool were very neat and beautiful. They go out of their way to take care of everything.
The only downside was that it’s a bit further from restaurants and we had to take the (bit expensive) taxi all the time as we travel with two small children and didnt feel comfortable riding a scooter with a baby.

"Hard to find at first, but wonderful. Hosts very friendly, ask about your day, show sincere interrest in you. Visually beautiful (except the part under construction). My room was right beside the temple and a fountain - so lovely. Clean. Safe. "

"We had the privilege of staying in a truly authentic home nestled in the heart of the rice fields, owned by the most wonderful family. The mother, an incredible cook, prepared meals that were simply unforgettable, and their on-site restaurant had a charm of its own. Her daughter and the staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality they provided made us feel completely at home. To top it all off, the pool at...

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, and it was clear right away that this was a luxurious hotel with a rich history. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here, especially for families. The garden, in particular, was absolutely beautiful!"
"Great property with incredible service. The pool facilities were great for families. There is also an adults only pool for a quieter atmosphere. We really enjoyed the facilities for kids and the day spa.
We had a family room, which was spacious with a separate dining and living room. Great for a family. The only issue was the incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Made the bed the only space to relax. "
"Breakfast choices was amazing anything you could want for breakfast was there from Asian and sushi to crepes and omelettes
Amazing service by staff that would remember your name and room number
Special acknowledgment to Widha and Dian for the friendly service and help
The rooms were good size and very comfortable pillows and beds. Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations.
I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating.
The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained.
Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality "
"Ritz Carlton was an amazing resort to stay. The staff is very nice and accommodating all my requests. Will definitely visit the beautiful resort again. "
