Great location and house

We loved our stay. The property is so clean and was the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was great for being close the the springs and some great did and breweries just a short drive away. We will be staying again. Host was great to work with.

Family retreat

Got together with family around the holidays and had a great stay. Place was well stocked with whatever we'd need. Enjoyed yard games in the fenced in backyard while grilling out. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Place was close to where we needed. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful spot and great house

This stay exceeded my expectations. It was perfect from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The house is beautifully set up for everything you could possibly neat. We'll definitely be back.

Surprisingly roomy spot!

House exceeded our expectations. Local decor and layout were great. Ammenities, including snacks, wine, etc. were a great, extra touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming down to the area and we'd definitely stay again.

Great get away spot

Beautiful little gem of a house. The house is so cute, clean, lots of room, quiet, and comfortable and was an amazing couple days away. Close to the springs. Everything is as explained online but better! Definitely will be back to stay again!

I was so impressed with this cute house! It was all labeled so you knew where everything was. They also provided plenty of clean towels so you didn’t have to do anything as every day. My daughter got engaged at the state park on St. Patrick day! This house was so close by for all of us! The beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of extra blankets . We will definitely save this house for our next trip! Thank you Bill

Perfect Spot to Stay

The property was impeccably maintained and stocked with everything you could need to enjoy the Springs area of Florida, whether you are out and about or trapped by an afternoon storm. All beds were comfortable, plenty of games and books were provided, and the screened porch was one of our favorite spots to relax in between trips to the Springs. The decor and comfort level were on point. We will definitely be back.

Very homey and clean

We were visiting family and keeping 4 of our grandchildren who live nearby, and also needed a pet friendly place to stay with our Great Pyrenees. The Collins home was perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets throughout the house. And lots of towels. And the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and more. The snacks and wine are a nice touch as well.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our visit to our home state. The home is decorated beautifully and there is ample space for everyone. The back yard is completely fenced with chain link. This was something very important to us for our dog. It was peaceful and quiet, except for our laughing. The owners have put a lot of thought into what one would need to feel at home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The furniture was comfortable and there are two porches. One screened and one open. The host was available for anything you had questions about. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area, if its available.

Great Getaway

We all loved the home. If anyone looking for a home away from home this is it. Has everything you will need plus more. They have thought of everything. Just rocking and reading a book in the lanai was so enjoyable and relaxing with a nice breeze coming thru. Grandkids from ages 7-12-13 are ready to come back and stay at the same home. They love ❤️ everything there from comfy beds to relaxing furniture after a long day at the springs. Plenty of room for 6 people. Love the decor of the home. Thanks for making it so warm and cozy.

Very clean and well equipped

We had four adults and four kids stay in this home very comfortably. The location is great being so close to the springs. All of the appliances and provided items were all nice quality and nothing felt too worn from prior guests. We were very pleased with just how clean the home felt when we first walked in. No dust or dirt despite the more rural area! I also want to note that this home comfortably sleeps 8 and I appreciated the number of hooks around to keep things organized (something I wish other places did). We did have a slight hiccup with the water heater but the owners came out and took care of it without any issue. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

Well equipped

Large and well equipped with everything you need. We spent the weekend at the springs and it is the perfect location. Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable with beautiful linens. Fluffy towels and great lighting. Games, puzzles, and books were available. They put together a book with local attractions and other useful information. We felt like pampered guests in our best friend's home.
