“The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.”

“Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.”

“Staff was nice. Room was clean. Parking wasn't bad. Hotel was convenient to the interstate as well as to dining and shopping establishments. Nice breakfast selections.”

“So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!”

“No hospitality, nobody said hi or hello or we are glad you are here, nothing. Just looking at phones with heads down.”

“Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.”

“The room was dirty,they had no continental breakfast there was no pool none of the amenities. They said they had they did not. I was very dissatisfied.”

“The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back.”

“La verdad que estaba muy limpio el local para ese precio, pero no tenía servicio Internet, la televisión no funcionaba en realidad por esa parte estaba bien mal, no Servicio comida no desayuno, no nada y la llave hay veces que no funcionaba entonces tenía que caminar por la puerta principal para hablar con él dependiente para que me pudiera arreglar la llave para poder entrar entrar a la habitación. Gracias”

“I liked that check in was quick and easy. I did not like, however, that we had to ask for towels every day and sometimes you would only receive towels that were a tad bigger than hand towels. We weren't in our room very much so it wasn't a huge deal.”
