"Dirty rooms. Smelt like cigarettes so bad. The blankets smelt. There were insects in the room dead. The bathroom was a mess with dust from construction. People were up all night arguing, banging on doors, dogs barking all night. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. "

"Staff was mean about the parking when we asked where is it safe to park? We understand there bad parts of Oakland they just kept nowhere is safe and asked my husband who is Mexican do you speak English when he does"

"Horrible service from the staff i had a friend coming over to pick me up to go to a party he was looking for my room and they told him to leave or they were honna call security they called me to the room i confirmed he was coming with and they told me if he was in my room i had to leave too using F*** so ofcourse i left and i had booked for 2 nights and i was there just for 4 hours. "

"Our room A/C was not that great. We slept in warmth out two night stay. I’m not much of a complainer so we just dealt with it. The area is a bit sketchy with so many hopeless around. I wouldn’t talk out alone…."

"The people were so rude. I got a confirmation number but when I showed up, the people wouldn't let me in. They said they should have the rent of the room out and I said how can you rent the room when I have a confirmation number they were rude. It was ridiculous and we couldn't go into the room so we just left but how do they give our reservation away?"

"No frills, room barely marginally clean… breakfast isn’t much at all and door from marina area into lobby very difficult to open. Stay here only in a pinch"

"Overall the hotel was clean, safe, and provided a good stay. My only negative was that there was a weird person constantly in the lobby area throughout my entire stay, which put me off using the amenities in there when needed. They didn’t seem like a guest but maybe staff on break? Not sure, but they were there every time over multiple days and made it very uncomfortable"

"Was unable to stay they did not have a room ready for us upon arrival at 3 pm Had to go to another hotel to get a room. Requesting a full refund due to non performance "
