"The room was very clean. I only encountered 3 staff members, front desk people (2) and a cleaning person. All nice people. Breakfast started and ended too early for me so I didn't eat at the hotel. "

"I have nothing but high marks about this location. I recently had back surgery and stayed at this location for 10 days. First, the rates were amazing and the staff unbelievable! Sabrina, Kathy and Tre were so professional and good to me. Their customer service skills were impeccable and they kept a smile on their faces. More places should be this friendly and professional. They were dog friendly so I took my Yorkie for the 10 day regroup. They checked in on me and I know that they went above and beyond to do that. I will be going back to this location very soon. Very clean hotel and the snack machine stayed fully stocked. Thank Sabrina, Kathy and Tre I am forever thankful for your generosity!"

"Fresh stuff for breakfast but the pancake maker was terrible."

"Breakfast was very sub par. Pancake machine was out of order and in general the spread was just disappointing. Have had a lot of complimentary breakfasts in the past and this one was not on point. Didn’t even go down on our second morning because it wasn’t worth it."

"First off I tried to cancel my reservations two weeks in advance since my business trip got moved to a different area and I was told that they would not honor my request nor would they give me a refund. I also had a family emergency and needed to check out on Saturday and they still refused to refund my money. The hotel is outdated. The carpets are nasty. The so-called restaurant is basically just burgers and fries not good. Also I NO got Sleep two nights in a row, because of the room next to me the first night I didn’t complain the next day. I did mention I wanted to be moved the desk clerk would not move me saying that there was a new person next to me and still got woke up at 2 o’clock in the morning. I had to call to complain at the front desk. They so were loud so I got no sleep, mind you I was on a business trip and needed to get up early and with no sleep was not good. I mentioned at checkout about it. The desk clerk was very rude. No care in the world I will not Ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! "

"My room was clean, it was close to shopping and events. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was yummy but the dining room and food room was very small and very cramped. I felt bad to a few people when they could not sit with their families. Food kept running out. It’s not big enough for how many people that stay. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool was very nice. Rooms stink and bathrooms smelled bad. Rooms I booked were given to another customer with similar last name, and the check-in guy gave me key cards to the same room and we walked in on with stuff all over the place, freaking all of us out. BIG BLUNDER!!! I WOULD RATHER THEY RE-IMBERSED ME MY MONEY AND APILOGIZE. "
