"This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Sometimes a hotel has a 5 star rating with 3 or 4 star service. From the friendliness, to the attention to detail, to the responsiveness to request to the spa attendants making sure i was comfortable at every turn, the amenities, cleanliness and everything in between. I knew my experience was going to be great based on my exchange with the young lady who checked me in. I immediately felt like I was in the right place. Can’t want to go back. My new secret hide away. "
