「The property, landscaping and walkways and stairs down to the beach were in great shape. The room had a fantastic view and the glass on our deck was clean and allowed for us to see the ocean from all areas of our room. The room could use some updating for sure, and the walls are paper thin, but the property and staff made up for all of this. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and had a great view of the ocean. Very nice and we will be back! 」

「Not our first or last time staying here. It’s our favorite place to stay because of it’s location, amenities, beach views from our bed. It’s just a great time all around. Highly recommend!!」

「For my wife and I, it was a great value and location. Every room has ocean view, and it is extremely pet friendly. It is NOT fancy; rooms are comfortable, and grounds are a bit unkept. Nevertheless, you are in a central location to head out the coast. The hotel does not have a restaurant. I summary, it as a great no frills place that is an excellent value.」

「We had a good stay here. It’s on the river not a beach. Mo’s is next door and has great clam chowder. It’s a very dog friendly place to stay, I think 80% of people there brought dogs. It’s a nice little walk down to the sand. The breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc. typical hotel free breakfast, but it did save time. 」

「Stayed in Lincoln city as part of my trip up the OR coast. Cute motel right on the 101. Great check in. Simply updated rooms that were very clean. Little worried about no air conditioning, but slept with the window cracked and it was great! Would definitely stay again. 」
