"The hotel itself is pretty central, sadly the street it is on is incredibly sketchy. As soon as it got dark there were terrifying screams coming from across the street, but the staff did mention at check in that they close the front doors at 9 pm! We definitely found out why. But going back to the staff, very cold and short in their interactions. The room was super humid and musty, the carpet was dirty, and the windows were covered in layers of dirt you could barely see the view. The only saving grace was the bed and pillows, they were surprisingly comfy. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here nor would I recommend it sadly."

"Breakfast was great and the place was a perfect location to Bourbon st. Dislikes: beds were double and not queens. No hand soap in bathroom or shower. Requested that the bottle be refilled since were given to us empty. Front desk said that they would send someone up with more and no one showed up. Next day when we asked again was told hotel was out of soap which seems hard to believe being a large hotel. No parking available but advertised one spot per reservation would be available. End up parking down the street for $10 a night instead of $30 at the hotel. Other than that it’s a nice hotel. Very clean and French quarter rustic feeling."

"Excellent extremely convenient location to visit New Orleans and easily experience the French Quarter Bourbon Street experience including the Jazz club on the property with a hotel entrance on one side and Bourbon Street entrance on the other side. "

"Property was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was horrible, they only offer valet and charge by the day. Valet was nice though. Pool was small but private. Rooms were well maintained. It was close enough to walk to French Quarter and far enough away to not deal with the noise"

"The staff was not very accommodating or transparent during our stay. The “$130 tour credit per night” is misleading—it sounds like you’re getting $130 off a tour, but in reality it works out to about $15–$20 off per tour for two people. There was also a $15 daily credit for food and drinks that was not clearly explained. I was told I could use the credit at PJ’s, but when I got snacks there, I was still charged. The details about where the credit could actually be used were never clearly specified, which felt misleading. I also had issues with the room itself. There was a loud noise coming from the heating system or vent about every 15 minutes throughout the night. It almost sounded like someone constantly flushing a toilet, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom vent was also covered in built-up dust, which was not very hygienic. The beds were uncomfortable as well, and overall the room did not meet expectations. On top of that, the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend or stay at this location again."
