“The worst experience I ever had traveling out the country. The resort was terrible. The food was terrible. They only gave you one plate per one plate breakfast lunch, and dinner and the food was horrible. Would not recommend. Do not go here. The pool was nasty and dirty and closed at 6 PM.”

“South Point resort is very nice, but it is far from the calming beaches and activities in Barbados. They don’t offer complementary shuttle service to the beaches or airport thus far each taxi or Uber is 30 US dollars per Way. If this hotel is in a different location, it will be every bit of a five. “First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things. You will not be disappointed if you book this. We just celebrated our honeymoon there and already planning out next trip back.”

“The room was immaculately cleaned, the staff washed and changed the sheets everyday. Amenities were wonderful, the best fully stocked gym with equipment I’ve ever had. Food service at Calabash (the hotel restaurant) was quite slow, but the food quality and taste was excellent. So just be aware that meals do take time at the hotel property.”

“This was my first time in Barbados & my stay at South Gap Hotel was excellent! I booked a week vacation in honor of my birthday . All of the staff members were very nice & friendly, the rooms are very tidy/clean. The restaurant and bar on property is amazing & reasonably priced! Try the Bajan breakfast, very filling & delicious. The location of the hotel is also convenient, only 15 minutes away from the airport & nearby a lot of activities!
