「Very good staff are great and spa is good」

「I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service」

「唯一的问题是离市区比较远，到酒店已经很晚，没有足够时间享受度假时光，算是美中不足吧。而且酒店附近的著名景点有限，只好再驱车赶回市区。」

「Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. 」

Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and...
