We had a lovely stay here. Quiet street, safe parking out the front of the cottage. Rooms were spacious. Well equipped kitchen with most things you need. Nice area out the back to sit. Comfortable heating in loungeroom - there were oil heaters in bedrooms but we did not need to use them as it was warm enough without. Close enough to CBD but far away enough to be quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever needed accommodation in Orange. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately the television wifi did not work. After ringing and being told that the after hours team would contact me , which they did, they then proceeded to hang up and not resolve the issue. The place is tiny but well equipped.
