"The staff was amazing! Our flight was delayed 6 hrs making our arrival to the Wonders after midnight. The staff tracked our flight and continued to communicate with us on how to check in. They are so kind and accommodating. And the location is walkable to some great cafes, shops & restaurants Would highly recommend"

"The staff is unbelievable. We asked them the littlest of a hand cream, for a late checkout, a paper cup. Everything was done within minutes. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Renaissance itself is beautiful, clean. Every day was a very beautiful happy day. There are so many places to eat in walking distance and for shopping. Their private island is awesome. The boat ride is fun to get there."

"Yes. I had a gardenview room and the pool was right outside our patio. It was a short walk to the ocean. "

"The room was clean and staff were nice. However, the bed was hard and very old. The pillows were either completely flat or extremely lumpy. The food on property was not good. "

"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!"

"Lovely resort beautiful pools! The room was well layed out, however had the smell of moldy laundry. The food and restaurants were lovely at all times. Please avoid the concierge service. The woman with who we tried to book an excursion with at the concierge was very intent on upselling us to “her favorite” excursion, refusing to answer direct questions and instead, redirecting our attention to her preferences, taking at least 45 Minutes to show us pics on her phone, even after us saying no countless times. Finally, all we wanted was to order a cab to see the palm beach area and she gave us a hard time about that, telling us it was “closed” ( it was not) saying she alone needed to call the cab, we could not, and when I finally let her know I was getting aggravated 45 minutes later, she told me to calm down. I went ahead and booked our dolphin catamaran through the expedia app Myself, and had a WONDERFUL TIME! Our cab driver gave us his direct number and we used him countless times and he was lovely. Avoid the concierge at this resort as I believe they might be commission based, rather than guest services. Otherwise, a lovely stay at this resort, we would definitely stay again."

"Clean, quiet and friendly staff. If looking for something close to the beach and popular areas, this is not the place to stay. Only other thing I would say is the bed was not comfortable. For just a quiet relaxing place and don’t mind driving or getting taxi this is a good place to stay."
