「We loved our stay here. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. While things werent perfect (and they never are) there was nothing that would deter us from staying here again; infact we are discussing WHEN we would be coming back. We were very pleased overall. Food was great, amenities great. We never felt unsafe.」

「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「The convenience of the location of Riu Palace was awesome. Everything we needed was right there within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, Casinos were all within a short walk. The property was kept very clean and well manicured. The roomwe stayed in was fairly clean but needed some minor upgrades. For example, the light fixtures on the wall were pretty oxidized and the metal was peeling I am guessing from the salt water, but wasn't a huge deal. We did have one instance where we lost power...

「The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.」
