「Great location, clean facilities, plenty of meal options throughout hotel and nearby. The beds were very comfortable but they are full size not queen which made it tough for young adults to share beds. The rooms were on the smaller size but adequately furnished. Could use more hooks to hang wet towels and bathing suits but otherwise had a pleasant stay.」

「Overall an exceptional property and the rooms were clean and fresh. I found two things that did not match the reputation of the Hyatt and this beautiful property in general. The Palms restaurants uses ceiling fans to keep it comfortable which is great, but someone should clean them; they have dust hanging off them and there was even dust hanging from the rafters. I found it hard to eat seeing dusty fans blowing overhead. My husband lost his khapsack and was sure he left it in the lobby while...
