“Check in was great with Charlyn! Unfortunately we had asked for rooms to be closer to each other months ahead of time due to traveling with family and they didn’t do that. We had plenty of rooms unoccupied next to us. They told us they couldn’t do that because we didn’t have the same kind of room, but in fact, we had the exact same kind of room! I had one exception with someone who saw me walking at night from the beach area, this person told me I was not allowed to be there, without even asking if I was staying at the resort.
