Decent but have concerns

Overall the apartment was very clean, although showing some wear. The biggest issue I experienced was the HVAC not cooling adequately. When turning down the temp at night, the AC struggled, seemed to be switching on/off constantly and remained a few degree hotter than what we placed on 'hold', and took a very long time to get there. We had a couple of hot nights trying to sleep. Second issue, the toilet was not secure to the floor. A bit annoying. Third, wanted to use the coffee machine, which was a little dated and looking inside the water reservoir, it was nasty, brown bits of something. No coffee for me. It's a nice location but will not rent again.
