Worse experience ever. AC broke
I rent from Vrbo several times a year and this was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The Townhouse was dirty. Mold in shower, carpet upstairs dirty, walls need to be painted. AC broke while we were there. Called at 900am showed up at 1145am vacuumed out the AC hose and left. He didn’t stay to even make sure the air was blowing cold. 45 mins later the temp was now up from 82 to 84 degrees and blowing hot air. I called the management office and was told someone will come back out. After 4 more phone calls to management, AC maintenance showed up at 430pm. Now mind you we have sat at the townhouse all day waiting for someone to come. At this point, we were packed up leaving as we were not staying without AC. Needless to say, I contacted the management office and emailed them. They gave me 1/2 day credit instead of the full day.. The pool area had very few loungers and chairs and the bar was a 45 mins wait all day. I will never rent from Master vacation homes again.
