Loved the stay. It's in a nice gated communnity with easy access. Cleanliness and home datedness were acceptable for the price point. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The home's swimming pool had a 30 daily surcharge if we wanted it heated. We declined the fee so it was kind of cold. The waterpark was terrific and came with the house. The 10 mile drive to Universal Studios took up to an hour with the construction. We'd stay there again.

Great stay

Perfect house for a large group. Resort community with plenty of amenities- resort pool with slide for kids, work out room, pickleball courts, & food/grill. Walmart close by. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our short stay. The property was as depicted, clean, and the owner very responsive. The area is convenient and close to most things. The only feedback I have is lack of toilet paper. Each bathroom only had half a roll and no extra toilet paper anywhere.

Great location.

Great location if you’re visiting the parks. House was roomy and the private pool was great to have. The neighborhood pool is also great for the kids, especially the water slides! Would stay in the neighborhood again.

Perfect home for our vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Great location, property grounds were wonderful. Home was great for our group of 14. Had a few minor issues that were communicated with the property owner and they were ON TOP OF IT. Had someone out with in an hour to fix the issue. Would stay here again!

Loved the location only 20 minutes from the parks. Easy to access into the resort, did not get to use the water park but it looked like fun. Home was very nice as expected, spacious and all amenities accessible. Would love to stay here again!

Great family vacation.

The location was excellent, near many of Orlando's attractions and very close to Disney. The traffic in the area was heavy so you need to account for that. The community was very well maintained and easily walkable. The clubhouse made for a great destination on those relaxing days. The house amenities were excellent and comfortable, many hours were spent in the pool and enjoying the lanai.

Perfect family holiday rental,

We are a family of 11, Granny & Granpa, our 3 kids and there husbands/wife & 3 Grandkids, this is our 8 the visit to Florida and we all agreed this villa’s location for Disney was the best, the roads at this time of year (Easter) are brutal so being a short distance away was Great also every type of Shop and Resturant are avalable locally on the 192, the villa was clean and tidy and had everything a vacation home needs for a truly fantastic time, the pool heat was perfect and the we made use of it every day, we would certainly stay here again.

50th Anniversary

We had 14 family members. The house was clean, appliances worked. Everyone seemed to enjoy the stay. We had the pool heated, but due to cold weather in the 50’s the pool was still too cool for the little kids. We did enjoy the community pool which was very warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place for kids AND adults

The house was just as described. The layout was perfect and having a pool in the backyard was excellent. They even have door alarms leading to the pool so young kids can’t go out to the pool without people knowing. We plan to stay again the next time we visit the Orlando area.

I stayed with my family of five (3 kids), in-laws and brother and sister in law with their 18 month old. The space was perfect for us. We paid to have the pool heated which I would recommend. Check in and out was very easy. Location is great. Park and water park for kids was fun. The house is right beside the smaller park which was great to have with small kids. Would definitely stay again.

Great community

House had everything we needed. The beds were uncomfortable and had noisy mattress protectors on them. Also feel like the pool/spa should be heated as part of the rental cost instead of an add on. But the house may out is great and the community pool is awesome.
