If there is a cold spell in FL and you want to use the pool, heating does take 12 hours and depending on the outside temp the pool water could not be up in the 90 degree range, could be between 75 and 90 once it is heated.Great amount of space for our group of 9 - 6 rooms fit us perfectly. There are also two great beds w/trundles in an open area upstairs that would be good for kids/teens to sleep, or you can use it for a game area or another living room.The home was in good condition and clean. Dinning table worked for work meetings as well as meals. Big L-shaped comfortable sofa and two chairs in the main living room space.The property had a nice layout with a pond and bridges. There is a resident alligator so be sure to observe the signs and don't feed birds, etc. around the property.Easy to get around and find many shops and food options close by.
