We had a great stay! The house was in a fantastic location and the pool was definitely a highlight. There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a major issue. Just a heads-up that the pool heater only runs from 10am–10pm daily. Overall, a nice spot and we enjoyed our time.

Could use some work…

I will begin with the positive feedback… the location is good. Close to most Orlando attractions. I hate to say all of the negatives, but I’m an honest reviewer, so here goes: 1. The master bath toilet is not connected to the floor. So the toilet rocks. 2. The outside trash can was full when we arrived, so we were not able to take the trash out of the kitchen as needed. 3. Ants everywhere in the kitchen. So do not leave food out anywhere. Just trying to make a quick sandwich, ants covered the bread. 4. The few games in the house all had pieces missing. Not even a deck of cards to play. Would be nice to have small items like that. 5. The dishwasher is not connected properly, so you pull the door open and the whole dishwasher comes out. 6. The outside area is filthy! You cannot sit on the furniture outside. The pool was not clean & just really needs to tidy up outside. We used the pool once & did not want to get back in it again. 7. The floors were not clean. I’m a no shoes inside person, and walking on the floor once my socks were black on the bottom. 8. Most of the refrigerator shelves are broken, so it was hard to store items in the door. Also, food from the previous renter was left in the fridge when we arrived. 9. The beds are not very comfortable, and the plastic sheet covering the mattress was super loud and rough for sleeping. 10. We even had ants in the master bedroom - they were in the bed as well. In all honesty.. this house is like a landlord special.

Pleasant enough stay near Gaylord Resort

This property was in need of a little TLC in the bathrooms and outside areas, but overall was fine. It was close to the Gaylord Center, which I needed, but the neighborhood is not great.

Would love to come back!

This house was fantastic! So much thought has been put into it. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with staples and snacks. Everything felt very clean. The distance to the parks was very nice and there was very little traffic, even on a peak season. The neighborhood was quiet, near lots of stores and restaurants, and felt safe. Next time I'm in Orlando, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family vacation!

The place is very nicely decorated and well equipped with things you would need on your travel. The pool were added to a lot of fun with little ones. It’s nearby to grocery stores which made grocery runs easier and faster. And it’s about a 15 minute drive to Disney but traffic.

Great location property

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. House was as advertised. Clean and perfect for holiday needs. Pool was great to dip following hot days in park. Walmart really close for provisional. Disney really close. Located in quiet but central area. Would definitely stay again. Host very helpful.

Pleasant Stay

House was exactly as described and shown in the listing. No problems with anything at the house. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to my stay. Would recommend staying here.

Peaceful, pleasant stay.

This property suited us quite well. The owner/manager was attentive and the home had everything we needed. Fully stocked with towels, toiletries and complimentary coffee and snacks. The bed and pillows were really comfortable for us and we slept well. It was quiet and not far from the parks. The rooms were nice and the upgrades in the house like granite countertops, tile showers, and flooring were very nice. We probably didn't utilize all we could have but, did not lack. Nice washer and dryer in the garage and floaties for the pool too. We didn't have the pool heated because we were gone most of the time but, the next time I think we would so we could swim at night. That being said, soaking our feet amd legs in it after long days of walking was quite nice.
