* No parties or loud activities are permitted. Unapproved parties
resulting in extra cleaning, disturbance to neighbors, or community
alerts will incur additional cleaning charges and immediate
eviction.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
* Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets (a pet deposit applies).

Use of Amenities

* Heating for the pool and spa has an additional cost and must be
requested for the entire stay. Note that the house does not have a
separate hot tub; the spa area’s temperature matches that of the
pool.
* The BBQ grill is available, but prior notice is needed for use.
Guests must cover the setup and cleaning fee.
* Parking is designated in the areas assigned and the reserved space
is in front of the home.
* Weekly pool cleaning and BBQ propane checks are conducted with or
without guests. Notify if you wish to be informed about inspection
dates to avoid inconvenience.

Waste Management

* Valet trash pick-up is available daily after 11 AM. Waste must be
bagged and tied; loose items, needles, or sharp objects are not
permitted. Cardboard boxes should be broken down.

Shipping and Deliveries

* Private carriers such as Federal Express, UPS, and USPS can deliver
directly to the property address. The resort does not handle
package reception or storage for guests.

Additional Information

* Linens and towels are provided at check-in, except washcloths,
which are considered personal items.

Penalties

* Guests responsible for unapproved parties will face extra cleaning
fees and possible eviction.
