Upon entering the unit laundry area door was laying against the wall. In need of a shower then handle fell off in my hand. Contacted management about the issue also five tvs two remotes only one worked. Requested someone to stop by when we were there but came back to find out unit was entered door was back on but still never would close. Contacted management several times even left voicemail message but they replied in my inbox told them the hours we would be in the unit no one replied or showed up so the entire 9 days used one remote for three of the tvs. The area was nice but disappointed for the money paid that management company did not follow up. I use Vrbo all the time this was my worse experience. Having second thoughts of using Vrbo again if this is the type of host they are using now I know why no other reviews were left on the unit.
