Clean and great location

My family and my sister in laws family stayed at this unit. There more than enough space for the 9 of us. It was very clean very spacious and in the great quiet location. Onsite pool was great, parking right in front or very close to. We spent one afternoon at the resort pool and slides and the kids loved it. Highly recommend this place. Communication was open with the host and received a message within two hours of sending

Cozy Getaways Review

Property was exactly like pictured. It was surface clean, but really needed a deep clean (cupboards, under bed, windows, walls, door frames, grout in tiles). We had to contact the host about small ants in the kitchen area. They were all over the counter. The dishwasher broke twice and was reset once, but on the last day wouldn’t work at all. The arm on the couch was clearly damaged and the furniture could have been updated. It was not comfy and a lot of the pieces had chips, marks and were just worn out. The pool was great, as we paid for it to be heated, but there were no loungers or chairs for around the pool. We requested them and were given two lovely loungers. The table and chairs next to the patio doors outside were extremely uncomfortable and very old. This could have been updated. The day the pool was cleaned, the heater was turned off and it took over a day for the heat to come back. The utensils, dishes, glassware and cutlery were old and some pieces were missing/broken. They seemed to lack many utensils that you would typically need. No kettle to boil water for tea/coffee, no large bowls for food, limited utensils for cooking. There was also a pot light above the shower in the primary room on the top floor that was hanging from the ceiling. The outside of the property was beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a nice stay, but a deep clean, pest control, some updated pieces of furniture both inside and outside would have been beneficial and was well needed!

Location

This property is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities. However after staying at another property in the same area this one fell short. The furniture is stained and barely standing with many scratches. There’s filthy walls and baseboards and grit all on the bottom of the pool. The place needs a very deep cleaning!! I weak this is meh if there were some deep cleaning, minor repairs and updated furniture I could give it a better rating.
