Spring vacation

Everything was nice. The pool was a little too small and we have problems with the air condition and the fans but overall everything was nice.

Sisters Getaway

Very nice location, nicely decorated, could have been a bit cleaner eg. toilets, in need of new caulking in upstairs main bathroom, stains on carpet, and walls. The listing does not show pool size accurately, barely bigger than a hottub. If a listing states that it sleeps nine people, there should be enough living room furniture and patio furniture to accomodate all guests, only 3 patio chairs, and 1 lounger, bbq. takes up so much space for such a small patio. Kitchen is beautiful, however the toaster smoked everytime, and no plastic cups for patio use. The previous tenant left his families profile and preferred language on t.v. and no matter how many times we tried, even using you tube, could not switch the info. back to english.

House was somewhat clean, floors were dirty needed to be swept and mopped. Drains in bathroom were slow and shower heads sprayed in multiple directions as if they were sputtered or clogged. There was a stale or old smell throughout the home. Pool was not a pool, more like a hot tub, pictures make the pool look much bigger.Property manager was extremely slow to respond after all money was received and only responded once when we were on site. Our garbage bin had no latch so raccoons got into the garbage. Reached out to Property management but no response. Requested heated pool and grill during the booking process, never received either. I personally will not book with this property management again.
