The spacious pool area features a large private pool with an in-ground spa, perfectly positioned at the rear of the property to maximize sunshine and serene views over water and conservation land. Generous space for loungers invites guests to soak up the sun, while thoughtfully placed hedges on either side of the pool cage offer added privacy from neighboring homes — creating a peaceful, secluded retreat.

Outdoor Living at Its Best When the Florida sun gets too warm, retreat to the spacious covered lanai, complete with ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. Sink into the plush outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing with friends and family, enjoying music, or catching a show on the outdoor TV.

Dine alfresco at the generously sized outdoor table with cushioned chairs, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather. For the grill master in your group, our large gas BBQ is set up as a full outdoor kitchen, ready to help you serve up delicious meals in style.

Inside you will find two sitting rooms
The first one to the front of our home has a comfortable TV area and leads to the dining space, which is large enough to seat 12 people to enjoy meals together. There is a handy pass through to the kitchen too.
The second family room is to the rear - a large open light room with high vaulted ceiling. It has a fully equipped kitchen - with all new appliances and double door pantry fridge with drawer freezer. The new quartz large island with seating for 8 allows for casual dining or cooking up a feast - there are plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dinnerware, including outdoor unbreakable ones. You can relax in the spacious TV area, watch TV or just gaze out at the lovely view over the pool to the water and conservation beyond.

All floor coverings in the home are either Luxury Vinyl Plank or Tile, giving a worry free stay from spills!

Bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury linens, comfortable mattress and pillows, all with hypo-allergenic protective covers! Smart TV to enable streaming or watch the many channels included with our ROKU links.

On the ground floor is the Tropical styled Master King room with view to the pool. There is a large walk in closet and spacious ensuite with private toilet, separate shower and soaker tub

Upstairs, two further King rooms, ensuite with shower over tub The first is a fresh tropical inspired 2nd Master King room with front and side facing windows to enjoy the morning sun, large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second is a King bedroom with ensuite, with sea/coral decor and soft teal green accents -this room enjoys views to the rear looking over the conservation.

Next for the young, or young at heart are the 2 rooms with 2 x twin beds, these rooms share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) The Harry Potter Room is sure to be a great hit with guests of any age, and the seashore/ocean themed room is super cosy, both these rooms can be converted from twins to a king bed if required.

The 6th Bedroom with large window facing the front of our home, has its own ensuite, and styled in a relaxing Barn wood farmhouse style, this room is also flexible as it can be set as a King Bed or 2 x XL Twin beds, to give extra flexibility for the requirement of our guests.

If you are looking for further indoor entertainment, all TV’s are Smart, allowing you to stream from your own device, link to your favourite apps or play games. Then there is the game room – air conditioned for comfort – the pool table, foosball and air hockey will be a great hit with everyone

Our home features Fast Fibre internet, house alarm, pool door alarms and pool safety fence if required.

Emerald Island is a secure gated community, just 3 miles from Disney and right behind the new Margaritaville community, giving access to the Sunset Walk shopping and dining area and the H2O waterpark. The many restaurants of Hwy 192 are close by, a Super Walmart is within a 5 minute drive and the lovely town of Celebration around 15 minutes away. There are many Golf courses within easy reach, the nearest only a short 5 minute drive.

Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.

The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.

For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two high chairs and stair gates. All pool doors are alarmed.
We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms, bathroom towels and pool towels.

The Gas BBQ is included in your rate provided it is cleaned ready for our next guests on your departure.

Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

2 Car passes included for the community (further cars up to 3 additional) can purchase a card on arrival $20 each.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated and guarded community on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres in the middle of the community. Guests can enjoy all the facilities provided in the resort, including sauna, 2 heated pools with free WiFi in pool area, Jacuzzi, basketball, volleyball, tennis, kiddie play areas, a nature trail, mini golf, a Tiki Bar serving food and drinks - and much more.


Our home is dog friendly, you can bring your fur family to enjoy your vacation - our community has lovely walking trails for you all to enjoy - We allow pets up to 2 dogs by arrangement (additional fee $100 per stay) Enhanced cleaning following each guest stay for peace of mind to guests not bringing their fur family
