Need towels

Nice home. Kitchen was well-equipped but we did’t cook much. Only table and chairs by the pool, need loungers. No washcloths and one hand towel for 6 people. Bath towels were okay but we needed to wash them every day. Not what I want to do on vacation. I communicated with owner about towels twice but request was ignored. Tell clients they need to provide their own toilet paper. Home is in great area with restaurants, shopping and close proximity to attractions. Thank you.

Disappointed in Fairview Reunion

VRBO have promoted this home really well with the gallery of photos showing it at its absolute best. What we found was somewhat different, First impressions weren’t great, the front entrance was in need of a good sweep and front door in need of painting, bins outside weren’t empty. On entry the villa felt warm and smelled musty Pros, Villa location within reunion resort is excellent ( we are regular visitors to reunion ) Villa has new AC system which works well and new flooring Cons Blinds throughout the property were loose / dirty Toilets / showers / baths are dated and in need of updating Shower on the first floor had very poor drainage with water quickly building up within the shower tray each time it was used The lanai / pool area had no sun loungers and no room to sunbathe Barbeque was greasy and unclean In our opinion the villa needs a freshen up and thorough professional clean We definitely wouldn’t return
