5 BEDROOM HOME WITH POOL, SPA, GRILL AND GAME ROOM!!!
This luxury single family home features 5 bedrooms/ 5 bathrooms and a private pool with spa. It also offers a large fully equipped kitchen (with 2 dish washers) and stylish living spaces throughout.
With a very striking, contemporary design, the home provides two floors of spacious accommodation for 13 guests.
When you step in, you will find a family room (Game Room) with a big screen TV and Air Hockey table to ensure some fun to your stay.
A King bedrooms and a bathrooms with shower located on the first floor, so if someone in your party has difficulty with stairs this would fit perfectly!
Large patio features your own pool and spa. Outdoor furniture for your convenience when cooking on your outside private Grill.
On the second floor you will have 4 suites, including a huge beautiful master king bedroom, with a work desk in case you need. The master bathroom features dual sink, shower and bath tub.
For the kids, two themed bedrooms will make their stay even more magical!

AFTER BOOKING:
Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

I loved this house so much!
I didn’t want to leave. The home is spacious and cozy. I wished I had 2 extra days in the homes just to relax and hang on the back patio like my family and I did several times during our stay. Super clean and identical to the pictures. I am looking forward to booking this again soon.

1 Lounge chair was broken, the pool must have a leak because it couldn’t keep water in it, and the pool table is not leveled. Overall, nice place.

Golf trip
House was as advertised on website. Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Only issue was sliding glass door kept setting off alarm. Called maintenance and was told they’d be right over and never showed. Called again and no answer. We wound up using other slider to get to patio

Functional
Overall, property was good and functional for our stay. Check in/out was easy, but definitely a rental property. Many small defects that could be easily fixed to make it look nicer: one of the pool lounge chairs was broken (back support), switch covers cracked, carpet stains, refrigerator drawers cracked, air hockey table not functional when we arrived.
Also, they don't provide small necessities that are a pain to provide as a traveler. Only one of each of these were provided so you have to bring/buy your own: trash bags per container, toilet paper roll per toilet, paper towel roll, dish soap, laundry detergent (watered down), hand soap. These low value items could be provided that would make stay more convenient, but again property was functional for large groups.
