Come stay at the luxurious Windsor at Westside gated resort community where you'll have full access (included) to a stunning 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse that boasts a massive zero-entry splash pad, pool, LAZY RIVER, arcade and much more!

BONUS: the home is only about 100 steps from the clubhouse (depending on how long your legs are!). There will be no long walks in wet bathing suits for you and your family! Just walk across the road (Rome Drive) and enjoy!

The patio area also includes it's own half bathroom! And remember, you're in an end unit, which means a relaxing view of palm trees and green space to the South.

The second floor includes a spacious lounge area with a comfy couch and 70" 4kTV for when the group needs to spread out. This floor also has two themed bedrooms for the kids (or kids at heart!).

Upstairs bedroom 1: King bed (master)
Upstairs bedroom 2: Queen bed (spare)
Upstairs bedroom 3: 2x single
Upstairs bedroom 4: 2x single

For the littlest ones:
The home has two Pac 'N Plays available to you, a booster feeding seat, and two strollers (pictured). There is also a baby gate for the top of the stairs.

A clean 3-burner grill with full propane tank is available for a reasonable extra fee, so please ask and we'll make sure it's there for your stay.
