Pool heat

The pool ajd hot tub were the same temp. Had someone come out to check pool heat and it was 98 degrees the same as hot tub. Way to hot to use. Made us feel sick! Called and called and complained and no one ever fixed it. Very disappointing!

Fairway Disappointment

The day we arrived to the home the pool water level was below the first pool step, the spa jets did not turn on, the cabinet door under the grill was broken and screens were out of windows. We discovered the same day that the dryer did not work. After hoping the bottom floor would cool, we discovered that night that the air was not cooling. After calling these items in we were told that the spa as broken (I was reimbursed the heating fee) the dryer and air did not get fixed until day 3. I’ve reached out via email, like instructed, requesting some type of partial refund and it has now been over two weeks with no response from management. Very disappointing. We would not have rented the home with we knew what was described online was not true.
