Wonderful Vacation

Excellent property! Ample room to spread out. Large kitchen to cook in or just relax with the large island. Wonderful pool and hot tub! Lots of outdoor space for eating, relaxing or playing games.

In bad shape

Stayed at many properties in Reunion - this was the most dated. You can tell immediately that there was the bare minimum. The carpets were filthy, the kitchen had very little equipment, the entertainment room did not function at all, and the entire place looked neglected. The owner needs to update to be "like" other properties in the same rental price. Very disappointed and will continue to review this property in other online forums to keep guests from renting it.

I wish Timothy’s review (dated Feb 2024) had been available before I booked this home! The place is tired and in need of a total refresh. Even the simplest of conveniences - like working lightbulbs (3 in the main bathroom downstairs and one in the living space) and tv remote in the main bedroom were dead on arrival. No instructions on how to work electronics but plenty of remotes to keep you guessing for a good amount of time. Pool did not appear to be recently cleaned and while we paid for the pool to be heated, we found the water was ice cold. The handle of the water faucet in the main upstairs bath got stuck, could not be turned off or turned cooler. A maintenance guy did show up within 2 hours, as we were leaving. Support from the management company left a lot to be desired. No access instructions until I requested via VRBO message, midday on our day of arrival. Offered no apology for the inconvenience of pool heater. No departure day communication and my fingers are crossed that we did what we needed to. The place is super spacious but there are plenty of big properties in the area. If you’re looking at this, I’d strongly suggest you keep looking. Also, if you rent through Florida Vacation Homes understand what you may get. Company offers little to no hospitality to their guests.

The house was beautiful!! We loved the cleanliness of the the entire place including the pool site, kitchen and bed and bath areas! The only small thing that I would recommend would be that we need a few extra towels and wash clothes and we trash bags . We will definitely be staying here again!
