Well equipped home in a great neighborhood.

Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great size bathrooms, wonderful, laundry room, relaxing, spa and pool after a day out in the Disney area. Highly recommend this home. Owner was very responsive for our slight concern regarding the pool. Would rent this home again and we go to Disney every year.

Clean, Comfortable, Roomy, Private - We would stay here again.

There are some issues with the website. I paid in full when I booked the property, but the website summary did not state it that way. Also, it took awhile for questions to be answered via email and through the website. The Home Away App did not supply the codes to get into the property. I contacted the owner directly and they were VERY responsive. The home was well cleaned when we arrived. The home is comfortable with plenty of space to sit inside and by the pool. There is a large dining table, but it could use a small breakfast table. All the appliances worked wonderfully. The game room is a nice feature for downtime. The mattresses on the beds were not the greatest. The property is relatively private with great access to Disney, restaurants and stores with a lot less traffic than other areas around the resort. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening, but there is a lot of traffic noise during the day.

Great location, nice property

Nice property, clean with decent furnishings and very convenient location (to restaurants, grocery, banks, hospital, etc.) in a quiet neighborhood. I wish we'd known all bedrooms including the master were on a second floor, as we needed to carry our pets up/down the stairs each time. The steps also have some type of decorative ledge or lip at the end of each one, and we almost tripped on one of those a couple of times - definitely must pick up your feet. The 'hot' tub is basically an extension of the pool, and we tried several times to get it warm. We understood from reading the 3-ring binder in the house that the pool was not heated and no surprise there for a house in Florida. Yet a hot tub shouldn't be advertised as a hot tub if it's not heated or doesn't work. We had really looked forward to using it. We were thankful for a working washer/dryer despite our short stay, nice not to return home with dirty laundry home to do. Also the sunken master tub was wonderful, especially considering no hot tub otherwise. Interesting the garage was converted to a game room, fun as we'd not shot pool in several years, if an older unlevel table and hole in a side pocket (i.e. balls may fall through). We wanted to play ping pong but there were no balls to be found. We appreciated having a clean, pet friendly, conveniently located for our short stay. We could never retrieve the housekey from the lockbox and used the door code instead. We left the house as neat as we found it. Thanks!

Home in need of repair

We got there night one and it was 80 degrees in the house. We had to stay up super late waiting for the upstairs to cool. This was our first Disney day...not cool. Then they advertised it as a luxury home. It was filthy. Stains everywhere on the carpets. I couldnt go in one of the rooms wirhout breaking out in hives. The blinds in our room were broken. One of the smoke detectors were hanging down, washer did not work correctly, mold or black stuff on walls in master bath. Beds were like rocks. Pool and hot tub filthy and hot tub never got hot. We had to clean it ourself. Property management company seemed unconcerned about our troubles. I requested maintenance first thing that first morning but she just showed up and was laughing about everything and said maybe she could schedule maintenance another time. We told her we have a dog and its not gonna be ok to upset her while we are gone so nevermind. We were told maintainence would be there at 8 am before we left the house. We just dealt with it. It was horrible. Even the kids hated it. My allergies were insane due to the dirtiness of the house. I need a refund or partial refund. This was very unsatisfactory. We should have switched houses but you told us it would be hard and I didnt want to ruin the trip. I will never stay there again. Also, it was advertised to be minutes from Disney...ummmm 30 minutes!!! Not close at all. False advertising.

really nice area and house

We had an excellent stay. Was perfect for our need to celebrate Thanksgiving with our adult children and grandson who live in south Florida and Georgia. House was clean and definitely has enough space for us all and our two dogs. Some minor things broken in the house but didn’t impede our use of the house. The beds were comfortable and the pool cover helped keep the heat in since we had some chilly overnights. Overall it was a great trip. Thank you!
