House was spacious.

The house nice and in a nice neighborhood. It was spacious. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms were greats. The wraps around kitchen was nice along with the dinning room. The house listed having a game rooms in the garage. It is very detached from the house and the neighbor who is in front of that garage. Doesn’t like any sort of noice as in don’t even breathe or laugh or he will complain. Our oven didn’t work at all the whole stay and We ask for maintenance to come take a look at it they never came. Lastly, I paid to have the pool heated because the weekend that we were going it was going to be colder than usual the whole entire time we could not use the pool/whirlpool area because it was still too cold I am still talking with management to try to see if they’re willing to do some sort of refund since our meals were ruined not being able to use the oven and paid extra to have a heated pool that was not heated.

Then good now horrible n corrupt

Stay was ok but after i left a good review i was accused of staining a chair n the charged me. First off we left the place in the same condition as we entered. During stay they needed to come in and do work because of wear n tear of a major issue. The small issues i didnt tell them because i thought it was minor. But since the charged me for something that i didnt do i could rattle off several imperfections about this place. So i say all to you watch out for the will get you to pay extra for other peoples stays n wears and tears. I would have stayed there again next year but now nfw. Wonder vacations are not just in charging me and my guests for something we did not do. Im actually furious and even though it wasnt alot they still tried to take from me and my good will of keeping someone else's home in tact.

Great property just need more to make it home from home.

The bad things Not enough utensils in the property not even a can opener, one tea twoel, no oven gloves or enough pans to cook for 12 people. we only had 9 of us but we struggled to cook every night as we didnt eat out, and i had to buy things so we could use the kitchen. Not ideal on holiday not even in my own country. Not enough towels had to go buy somes. One towel per person but hard when your in and out of pool and so hot need showers. It really need some paint work on scratched skirting boards, and some damaged walls. Need upgrade in areas. The microwave broke and they delviered me a temp one at 23:15 at night i just wanted to go to bed. However i really needed a microwave so agreed to it. The pool surface need some work it rusty and broken. I asked the company and the two people who came to do pool maintence. Where to jacuzzi switch was. No one knew. we found it but outside nowehre near the jacuzzi not ideal. Jacuzzi switches should be near the jacuzzi. Found it days after we had begun our holiday. Good things. The property was really clean. It was not far from disney so great for what we needed. The microwave was delivered quickly so we could use it. They did maintain the pool and the heat was on for us. communcation is easy with wonder homes. The home is big enough for 12 people and is a great home just doesnt have enough things for huge big parties. I ahd to go out and buy things to be able to cope. Thank you

Terrible

Hot tub and pool filtration didn't work. Had no hot water in the house for the first 24 hours and the pool and hot tub were never heated that we paid extra for. We have been requesting a refund and just keep getting the run around.

House is lovely but getting dated, could use some safety measures in pool area, slippery cement and the step down on patio is camouflage needs to be more visible, like colour marker warning of some sort. Light switches in odd spots…. Not enough towels. Fairly good location, but definitely too many emails and reminders while trying to relax on valuable vacation time ie. right now am still on the last part of it in Tennessee
