Time with Family

We had a great experience. The house worked perfectly for our needs. The only negative comments would be, the air hockey table doesn’t work and the couch isn’t very comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen a few times. You will need to bring any spices you might want to use including salt and peeper. The beds are comfortable and all bedrooms had a bathroom with at least a shower which was great for our group. We enjoyed our trip and this location.

Home is in good location Pool was warmed to right Temp. However, There were not enough dishes, the furniture is in bad shape. Couches look like the were picked up at a second hand store. They were very low and very well used. one of the couches had it's leges removed so it was so low people had a hard time getting out of it. One of the casual chairs had one of it's legs bent and broke upon sitting on it. I had to rig the leg on to keep it from falling again. The bed in the master bed room had three mattresses (Box, Main and an additional). It made the bed so high my wife could not get up on to the bed and had to sleep elsewhere. There were not enough chase lounges by the pool. I called and asked if we could get another, a third, but got a no answer. Finally the outdoor hose at the wall outlet was leaking the whole month we were there. I called three times but no-one came to fix it. Unless the owner spends a little money to fix these things I would not rent again. This home has so much potential if they spent a little money on the furnishings.

Good Location but Good, Bad and Ugly

We are a family of 4 (two older children) who stayed in this rental in early Januarly for 4 days. Took a chance on a rental with no reviews... never again. The Good Very nice house with open spaces and well designed. Beds all comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Garage has several game tables which my boys enjoyed. The Bad There were a few cleanliness issues - outside was dingy with an old stained carpet. The kitchen was functional, but the frying pans were all old and the nonstick surfaces worn out. A suggestion for owners - buy a set of three frying pans at CostCo and get rid of the metal spatula in favor of some plastic ones. They had directTV but no local cable to get news/local weather. No one likes dish folks. Plus the rental information kept saying to be careful about breakable nice things. Well.. yeah.. there are a WHOLE lot of fragile vases on pedestal stands around the house. OK for me and my older boys but if you have little kids -somthing is gonna get broken. I would advise the owners to pull the delicate vases and more kidproof a house in the Disney area! The Ugly Communication and property management. First - no packet/info was sent, I had to message to get any info like the code to get in. Once there my kids wanted to get on WiFi but no house book with password. More messages to VRBO and after sending me the wrong password (Capital letters matter folks) finally got the right one. Even worse - the reason we rented this unit was the pool. We indicated THREE TIMES that we wanted it heated (an additional 30 per day) but when we got there it was cold.. THEN they said we didn't request it.. THEN they said the pool was waiting on a part to be fixed and subsequently the heater didn't work. So.. which was it folks? No offer to compensate us of course - just tough luck.
