Great Home and location

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for Disney and Universal. Our only con is that they hot tub was not hot and heating of pool and hot tube were included in our fees. We would rent again.

Clean but over promised.

The house was very clean and roomy for all of us. Our biggest issues were the fact we paid extra for use of the SPA which was not at all working the first night. We tried to contact both the owner and the management company but being as it was after hours no one responded until Saturday. The management company did not contact us at all though we left messages. They claim that it was working we just need to wait for it to warm up. My husband is a GC and I am an architect we design and build houses everyday. The compressor to the spa was not turning on. We waited 3 hours it did not warm up at all. Conveniently after we complained it was working on Saturday and the compressor was turning on. It still took over an hour to get warm. THIS WAS THE REASON WHY WE PICKED THIS HOUSE OVER OTHERS. Also none of the TV's had cable, or anything making watching the olympics impossible. The owner of the home emailed us the WIFI information but the WIFI network name was wrong. After trying the MANY names that showed up with the password provided we were able to get on. There was no dish soap and no information on the house "manual" to explain whether or not we should wash the plates and pans we used so we didn't. Hopefully I don't get an excess charge for that. It would be nice to get partial credit for the SPA not working the first night but I doubt that would happen. I won't stay here again because it would have been nice to have a working SPA immediately and the TV's not working is a NO GO for me (thank god for HULU via IPHONE). I also would recommend the owner providing dish soap in the future.

Beautiful Home but don't expect to enjoy the television , cable or video games....

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with pool and nice neighbors, however three of the televisions power on, with connected cable boxes that do not work. I read this problem in previous reviews but hoped that by the time my family and I arrived, the problem would have been rectified....but it wasn't. I decided to have the children play the Xbox in which was located in the living room, however it was in another language and once we got it in English we realized that there were NO games downloaded to it!!! Which means we had a console with NO GAMES....but we made the best of the pool and time together.

Will not stay here again

I really liked the house.It was really nice the only problem we had which was a major problem was the main tv in the living room and the tv in the kids room did not work I contacted the owners and they told me they would have it fixed or replaced and after having to wait the next day someone came out to look at the tv by that time we just went out and got another tv so we can enjoy the family room but the owners never fixed the tv or contacted me about it I texted them after checking out and never got a response made me feel like all they care about is the money they got and not the people
