We stayed for a week with a family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone! Great pool and a really convenient location to stores, restaurants, and Disney. Would definitely recommend renting this home! Good communication with owner as well.

I really enjoyed our stay. It was 2 years in the making but I’m so glad that Alex could work with us on our dates. The house gave us all a great impression it had so many room and the best thing was every room either had their own bathroom or shared a bathroom. We didn’t get to enjoy the house as much but we were happy the commute to our activities was about 30-40 minutes away. And the house is only 10 mins. away from Walmart, gift shops, restaurants. We look forward to booking again sometime in the future.

Good Vacation Location

Overall, this property is much nicer than the pictures show. The layout was comfortable and allowed us to have our own space but yet feel together. It's time for the furniture to be updated for sure but overall it was fine. The cleaning could have been better as we found things stuck in the couch and the dishes had food spots.Alex was very attentive and communicated whenever we had questions. The actual resort amenities are an added bonus but we spent most of our time in our private pool.

Spring Break 2021

We enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious. Plenty of room for our large family. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio. The location was secluded yet a quick walk to the clubhouse. We also enjoyed other amenities on the resort including tennis and pickle ball. Close to golf and shopping. We understand the guests before us left quite a mess so cleaning crew missed some cleanup or this rating would have been higher. Alex was very responsive to our requests.

The house is big and can accommodate a lot of people and has a nice pool and is close to Disney. The pool area is nice and the pool is on the bigger side, which attracted us to the house along with the pool's southerly views. The owner is timely and responsive in his communications. However, despite the pictures, I was expecting it to be nicer for the price. In addition, we paid extra to have the pool heater started before we arrived. However, when we arrived the water was cold and it was obvious that the pool heater wasn't run before we arrived. Also, the pool heater was turned off before we left leaving us with colder water the last 2 days. Also, when we arrived the AC appeared to have been off and the house was stuffy and took sometime to cool down. In addition, the AC is controlled remotely and people on the trip noticed at various times the AC was off, including at night upstairs.
