Very nice house, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The theme rooms were a big hit!! The game room was by far the the most favorite room in the house.

House was perfect for our family!!! Kids loved the games in the play room. House was very clean and there was plenty of space. Property manager was also very responsive. Gated community was safe and the location is about 20min to all of the Disney parks and about 30min to all Universal parks when leaving in the am to arrive at parks on opening. Would definitely rent again!!!

awesome facility grandkids enjoyed all amenities, pool, hottub, game room, star wars pods for sleeping.would not hesitate to stay again. to heat tub was extra but was worth it. checkin information was sent 24 hours in advance, would have been nice to know a little sooner or that I had to list all drivers staying there so they could access, but it all worked. if issues arose response was quick. only issue we had was upstairs dryer not working.

Cheer Getaway

We were in town for a cheerleading competition and had several families stay at this property, plenty of room for everyone! The Star Wars room was a huge hit - even for the adults haha! Communication with the property manager was excellent as was the location. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay if your kids love swimming!!! Between the pool and the lazy rivers at the community areas. Our kids had a blast!

Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did. We did use the kitchen and found it was fairly well equipped. Some pans could use replacing sometime, but all appliances worked well and I was glad for the air fryer. The themed bedrooms were great and the grandkids loved them. Bathrooms and other bedrooms were exactly as shown. No issues with AC, washer and dryer or anything else. I would recommend the home and dealing with the property managers anytime. Thanks for hosting us!

Very nice house, well maintained and plenty of room. Traffic was heavy 2 nights getting back to the house, took over 45 to get into the gate at our place, other than that great place.

This place was amazing and everything we would want for 6 adults and 4 kids ages 4-8. Close to Disney. Property manager was great in responding to the little things that weren’t quite right. We would stay here again.

As Described

Overall this is a great property and exactly as listed. Being a corner unit there isn’t a neighbor on one side and is a nice touch with the open space and water surrounding is great to sit out and enjoy the area on the patio. Check-in was a breeze and communicated promptly. The 2nd gate was not operable and sometimes the main entry was slow going in. Very close proximity to the Disney parks and great location for restaurants as well as stores.
