Family Disney and Universal Vacation

Location of the house is great for Disney and Universal. Grandkids loved the pool and theater room. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Disney Vacay 2024

The house was awesome. We spent more time in the house than in the parks. Definitely recommend this house if you want to be close to the parks but also enjoy your time at home.

Great house! Great location!

The house was perfect for our family and allowed for plenty of room to space out. The house was very clean and we really appreciated all the small details provided by the hosts (coffee, water, soap, etc.). The location was perfect for our drive to Disney. Thanks for a lovely time!

Amazing time

My family had a great time here. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are easy to communicate with if needed. My kids loved the pool and movie room. Will return again next year!

Amazing stay!

The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was amazing and the host checked in with us the first day and the next morning to see that everything was ok and that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There was an unforeseen issue and the host was absolutely amazing with how he communicated with us and immediately resolved everything actually improving our stay. I would 100% recommend staying on any property with this host.

Beautiful home and beautiful secure neighborhood.

We have stayed at more than ten vacation homes in the Kissimmee area. This home was by far the best. The home was very clean and was well represented by the online listing information. The Formosa Gardens Estates community was picturesque and secure. The location relative to shopping and attractions was very convenient.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Beautiful spacious home and pool in a quiet neighborhood all within minutes to shopping,dining and Disney. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub after long days at Disney World and the theater room during our down time.The owners pay special attention to detail and furnished this home with everything you could possibly need while on vacation.The crib and high chair were a plus for us! Owners were readily available and checked in with us often.

Beautiful house the pool and hot tub were amazing.

Charles was friendly and responded to any requests quickly and efficiently. We were so surprised that he provide extra special items for us, e.g., water and soda. The house is lovely. The pool and hot tub were amazing and provided a serene and private place to chill after a long day. If we return, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect home for the large family vacation

The home was so nicely planned there was plenty of room for all 12 in our family. Never felt crowded. Everything was spotless. The pool and theater room was enjoyed by all. Communication with owners was excellent. Our family vacation rentals will always be compared to this wonderful property.

Disney Getaway

The home was perfect for our visit as we were a family of 9. The older children loved having their own rooms and the younger ones loved the themed rooms. Even though we were gone most of the day it was great coming home to a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The pool was used even in December and the kitchen accommodated all our needs. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. We are frequent visitors to Orlando and we would surely come back to this home.

Family Fun Trip for Orlando Parks and Sunshine

Charles and Joanna's vacation home was perfect for our family which included our grown children and our small grandchildren. We enjoyed the parks and had quiet days by the pool and hot tub. The home had everything we needed and more. We cooked/barbecued and also enjoyed a family night in the theatre room! Charles was very quick to answer a couple questions we had which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here or at another one of the Aunger homes in the area!

Amazing Stay

We loved this property and the entire experience. Charles and Joanne were excellent hosts who clearly take pride in their home. The house was clean, amenities were great, and photos were accurate. Smooth check-in and check-out with detailed explanations and instructions in the guide. I didn’t have to ask any questions or express any concerns during our stay, although it would have been easy since the communication was also great. Beds and linens were so comfortable and the location and proximity to EVERYTHING is unmatched. Would love to return for our annual family Disney trip.

Great location and even greater property

Superb stay at mickeys escape. We were a family of 7 - Grandparents/parents and 3 children. A super size for all of us and the pool was great and we were glad of the pool heating as we had some rather cool weather for Florida. Some of the most comfortable and largest beds we ever had- bliss after all the hours in the parks. The cinema room was brilliant. The location of this villa is so good and makes it so easy to get to all of the parks including Universal as well as for shopping at Walmart, only a few minutes drive away. Would not hesitate to book again if we ever return. Communication and support from Aunger Vacation Homes was outstanding from start to finish. If you are looking to book with them, or for Mickeys escape do it, you wont regret it 😄

Perfect!

This beautiful house was perfect for our stay in Orlando. Everyone had their own room and the kids loved the adorable Beauty and the Beast and Minion rooms! Beds were comfortable and the house is equipped with everything you need! The pool is huge and warm and the hot tub was so relaxing! Everyone had a blast! Don’t hesitate to stay here. Charles graciously allowed us to check in early on short notice and stay an hour later than usual when our flight home was delayed. Thank you so much!! We’ll be back!

Fantastic home from home

On arrival at the property everyone was in awe. It was a superb house and a great location for our Disney/Universal holiday. The property is in beautiful settings inside a gated estate, so nice and secure too. Everything was within easy reach, Theme Parks, shopping and eateries. The hose was superbly decorated, the only issue we had was the fight over who got which bedroom. We paid for the pool heating, a must in February but it paid off. We had a great time around the pool too. The house had everything you would need and the facilities, washing machine and dryer for example, meant we could pack a little lighter. The communication from the hosts/owners was great throughout the initial booking right up to arrival and beyond on return home. I would definitely recommend this house to any large parties stayed in the Kissimmee area.

Amazing! Close to Disney

First impression, I couldn't believe my eyes. The house is amazing , comfortable and plenty of room for 10+ people (8 adults and 5 kids, 1 infant ). Pool and jacuzzi tub inside screened area. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Charles and Joanne had water bottles and Pepsis in the fridge which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils , pots , pans , and glassware. Great communication before and during our stay with prompt response to us setting off the alarm when we entered the home. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe, we took nightly walks. I highly recommend this property.

My family totally enjoyed this beautiful home and it met our needs perfectly.

Unfortunately, for health reasons, my husband and I did not to get to join our family for our long-planned trip to Disney World and stay in your beautiful home. But our family did go and thoroughly enjoyed the home. They said they had plenty of room, the home was spotless and had everything they needed. They had the pool and spa heated and were really glad they did because they could swim at night to relax after walking all over Disney all day. They loved it! Just from our prospective, since we didn't get to go, I felt very secure in renting this home since you both are the owners and were very accessible to me. You always answered the phone or promptly returned my email and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Honestly, I think my husband and I missed a lot because our family was nothing but complimentary. So, our compliments to you two for making their trip so enjoyable. Take care and we hope to meet you again when we are able to stay in one of your properties.

Outstanding!

This property is perfect. We have stayed in VRBO properties on multiple occasions including abroad. This property far exceeds all others. It is beautiful and sooooo, sooooo clean. Beds are comfortable. Linens are top shelf. The kitchen has enough dishes to host Thanksgiving lol. Sounds silly but much better than bare minimum. The theatre room was great for watching football together. The pool for late night swims after hot days at the parks was so fun for the adults and kids. This is also the first VRBO that the pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are beautiful, very large and basically suites. We had our adult ‘kids’ and grandchildren with us. There was tons of room for everyone. I really don’t understand why anyone would stay on property at DW when you have this option. DW parks are less than ten minutes away. Take a shortcut and you don’t encounter any traffic. We will definitely return to this property. (PS -The owners are responsive and a pleasure to work with.)

If you’re looking for a large holiday home in Florida, look no further than Mickeys Escape.Perfect location for Disney, Universal etc.Beautifully decorated property with a lovely pool area, where we enjoyed evening drinks and a dip, after long days at the parks. Plenty space for the 14 members of my family. Positioned within in a beautifully maintained, gated development, that was so peaceful and immaculate.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful, holiday retreat.
