Super convenient location!!

The house is located 5 min away from the South Entrance of the Orange County Convention Center. In general the house was clean and in good condition. Everything was in good working order. Some parts do need maintenance, like to stairs and the screens on the balcony. Please note that this is a 3 story house with small floor plans, so if someone in your group has mobility issues this house is not for you. I was happy with this rental and would stay here again.

Horrible stay with no hvac working, dishwasher drained inside the kitchen and we had to all day.

Horrible stay with no hvac working, dishwasher drained inside the kitchen and we had to all day. No exhaust fans working in restrooms. No locks for couple of bed rooms. We have cut shortening the trip and checked out one day before with actual reservation. Looking for Verbo and Casiola response and how do they compensate my valuable time with family and money
